Our Story

Starting out
Jordan Pearson starts selling real estate in International Falls, helping people buy and sell homes, cabins and land across the area.
- 2013
Brokerage owner
He becomes a brokerage owner in International Falls and keeps working with buyers and sellers across Koochiching County.
- 2016 to 2023
The River Golf Course
Alongside real estate, he owns and runs The River Golf Course in International Falls and builds its restaurant and event center.
- 2026
Premier North Realty
He opens Premier North Realty, a new brokerage in International Falls. He is its only agent, so you work with him directly.
